Einstein’s equation, E=mc², shows that energy (E) and matter (m) are two forms of the same thing, related by the speed of light (c).

These fundamental particles then combine to form atoms — the building blocks of everything. For instance, hydrogen atoms formed after the Big Bang eventually combined to form stars, planets, and galaxies.


4. Energy and the Creation of the Universe:

The Big Bang is a prime example of how energy created everything. Initially, the universe began in an extremely hot, dense state. As it expanded, energy cooled down, and matter began to form from this energy, eventually leading to the creation of stars, galaxies, and everything we see today.

Dark energy and dark matter are also forms of energy that play critical roles in the universe's structure and expansion, even though we don’t yet fully understand them.

Particles (like protons and electrons) are just small bundles of energy, with a wave-particle duality — they exhibit both particle and wave-like properties.

Atoms, formed by particles, have energy within them, which we see as chemical energy, thermal energy, or kinetic energy (when things move).
